Now seriously this is a GOOD STORE. I was looking for Force Factor products, and very few stores have this product. But this store had the maximum range of Force Factor products. Apart from that, they ship to India, very few stores ship from US to India in such a short span of time at such great prices. Plus, they offered me extra bottles of Tribulus, an amazing shaker free, plus price cuts on the products i wanted. I received all my products on time through FedEx, which otherwise takes ages to clear through customs in India. Overall a fantastic experience. Will shop everytime in future through Muscle and Strength store.

I received a package of two Creatine Canisters that came over 2 weeks after i ordered them. This isn't that terrible but i am used to getting them within days of my order, and one of the canisters was dented pretty bad. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they sent me a new canister of Creatine. i didn't request it and wasn't even going to leave a bad review, just going to tell them to be mindful and ask why the shipping issues (covid most likely) but Liam was amazing and very helpful. Love this company and everything they have to offer.

Ryan the rhino made my day today. I bought the wrong product and he gave me a refund and explained to me which one is better. So I’m gonna buy the right one this time. He was very honest. That’s worth keeping my business.

Disgraceful service, and shipping practices in my opinion. I found the customer service extremely rude and curt. Was ordering from Australia. Pay a bit extra and AVOID THIS COMPANY.

After waiting for a while for my order, the tracking updated and it got returned to sender! By customs i think, so I contacted customer service and they refunded me the full amount straight away! Really good service

Unless your paying for 2 hours of 1 on 1 time with a high intensity trainer your gonna gave gym with 2 guys tops and a group of people dont pay extra for 15 mins of coach time

I have had nothing but great service and content from MS. Ever since the beginning they have offered excellent products and I can always find new routines and pro-research via their website.

After weeks of emails complaints and fighting with this scam company, i finally got my refund around 2$ less than what i paid for but still managed to get most of my money back, so one thing i learned always do my due diligence and research a company before making any purchase, avoid the 5 star comments because if you do your research correctly you'll see they are mostly bots, read the bad reviews first and ofcourse check those to be real or just bots, and most importantly never ever do business with this company ever again, all it did is make me lose money and make me wait 2 month just to get my money back

Phenomenal service by mighty Joe Young. Even with international shipping delays during the pandemic. Joey managed everything really well. Hats off for the customer experience
